From the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Eagle Security Systems has been responsible installing and maintaining Security and Safety Systems for the Police Force. The systems we have supplied range from protecting armouries, drug stores and explosive stores with all types detection equipment including Vibewire and other types of seismic and vibration detectors as well as the more common type of detectors like beams, microwave and passive infra-red detectors. We installed an access control system covering the major police stations across an entire county controlled from the county police headquarters. This began from controlling an access barrier we installed at the headquarters and gradually expanded across the entire county. We were responsible for installing intruder alarms to police stations across the county all signalling back to a display in the police control room. As an off shoot from this we installed energy saving systems to the heating systems in many remote police stations. We have also been responsible for maintaining the electric locking systems used in custody suites and also the cctv and audio systems in interview rooms, as well as conventional CCTV systems across the county. We have supplied and maintained lone worker and man down systems for personell working in hazardess situations including the dog handlers and trainers. We have even installed an alarm system to prevent intruders get close to a police force helicopter. All of this was backed up utilising hardwire, radio and satellite communication systems.
